Reviews and Ratings
I chose this hotel attracted by the beachside tables and bar from the photos only to find they were not open during my stay. The rooms need a fresh coat of paint, and the presence of dust on the floor was disappointing given the room rate. However, the staff, though speaking very little English, were all friendly and helpful.
I wasn't thrilled that the rooms are non-smoking, but they were conveniently close to the beach, pool, and restaurant, perfect for families with children, even though they seemed pricey. The hotel is ideal for families with children.
The hotel is a good choice for relaxing for 1-2 nights near BKK, especially for families. The staff is nice, but there were some minor language barriers with basic English. The location is picturesque and close to Koh Samet, but quite far from Rayong city.
The hotel offers a mix of pleasant and unsettling experiences. The rooms in the newer wing are very clean but housed in a building that looks quite old and creepy, with views resembling a graveyard, which may not suit everyone's taste. The service is generally friendly and helpful, though encounters with staff members like 'Happy Jack' and 'Little Miss Sunshine' in the restaurant border on rudeness. The location is beautiful, right on the coast in a quiet area, but it might be too far from the city of Rayong for those interested in exploring the town. The dining options vary from simple and satisfactory to disappointing, with a lack of variety in the breakfast choices. The facilities overall are decent, but improvement in the dining and service areas could elevate the experience.
The hotel is in a beautiful location close to a superb beach, but lacks variety in nearby venues. The rooms, though comfortable and quiet, need improvement in cleanliness and insect control. The service, while friendly and helpful, could use further enhancement. The dining options, while rich, are basic for a 4-star property. Overall, the location is great, but there are some areas for improvement in the rooms and service.
I was excited about the beachfront tables and bar advertised in the photos, but unfortunately, it was not open during my stay. The newer wing of the hotel gave off a somewhat gloomy vibe, almost like a view of a graveyard.
The hotel is not a high-class luxury option but it's a great choice for families looking to relax for 1-2 nights near BKK. The staff is nice, and the rooms are quite big and comfortable.
The hotel offers good space and a nice comfortable bed, but there was still dust on the floor, which was unexpected considering the room rate. The Wi-Fi was decent, but it seemed like the rooms weren't checked before guests arrived.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms at a good price, but the dining experience could use some improvement. The service is friendly but has limitations in language comprehension. The location is picturesque but may be far from the city center for those interested. The hotel has a clean area of the beach but lacks proximity to essential amenities without a car.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were well looked after by the cleaners and provided a large and comfortable space with a nice, simple layout and a great sized shower room. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the service was a bit hit or miss, with some staff members bordering on rude, although one staff member arranged a special price taxi for me to the hospital, which was greatly appreciated. The location, though quiet and peaceful, was undergoing renovations during my trip, limiting the variety in outside venues. The dining experience, while basic and not award-winning, was decent. The facilities were adequate, but there is room for improvement.
